You can click on that focus keyword and check which tests are failing and try to optimize the content.
Do note that the test and guidelines are just for your reference, you do not need to follow them religiously.
Also, I tried searching your website on Google using the site operator, Google is already seeing the title you have set with Rank Math. I have attached the screenshot in the sensitive data section.

These are actually called sitelinks. Rank Math automatically generates sitelink structure on your homepage so you don’t need to do any changes in your settings.
It’s up to Google to display it on the search page. Basically, you just have to have enough authority and backlinks for Google to deem your website worthy of those sitelinks.
Can I delete this from 404 monitor or not
You can delete these logs or, much better, fix them so it won’t affect your SEO. You may refer to these KB pages to guide you on managing these logs:
