On several occasions I have found that the FAQ block has disappeared from a post and been replaced with a ‘classic’ box pop up with no content.
In the HTML the code for the block is still there – but nothing in it!
It deletes all the content that was in the box!
This is making me very nervous – could you let me know why this is happening please?

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
