Today, for the first time, the Rank Math FAQ Block won’t load. It returns an error message saying “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”
Please advise what I can try.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
For initial troubleshooting, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
So you’re telling me that a Rank Math block not working properly is the fault of a different organisation, not Rank Math? Surely a problem with a Rank Math block is exactly that!
Sorry if I’m being unreasonable, but this approach makes no sense to me yet.Hello,
We apologize for the confusion.
This is most likely happening because the block got corrupted, usually because of the content of the block.
To rectify this, you can try recreating the block to see if it works. If this issue is happening with all your Rank Math FAQ blocks, then please share access to your website with us so we can help
Best regards
There is no content in the block. This happens when I attempt to load a new empty block. I.E. it happens before any content is added.
By the way, I just used WP Rollback to reinstall Rank Math 1.0.232 and the FAQ Blosk loads OK from that version.
😉
RichardThe rollback didn’t work for long. After a little while Rank Math simply disappeared from my site! I have no idea why.
Ok. So I find that if I rollback to a previous version the FAQ works well. But the Rank Math plugin disappears after a short while for some reason. So to use the FAQ block I am having to rollback, install the block and set it up, then reinstall the latest version of Rank Math!
Hello,
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
OK. My host does daily backups (late night UK time). I have new posts scheduled for 09:00 UK time every Monday and Thursday.
How long is needed by your support? What email should I use?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
OK. Login created and shared.
Hello,
To be clear, are you still currently experiencing this issue? When I took a look at your website, the FAQ block was working fine – even though the Rank Math plugin was on the latest version.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you.
The installed FAQs are working OK. They were set up using the previous version of Rank Math. When the latest version is installed, adding a new FAQ does not work.
😉

Can you please create a staging site and share its access with us so we can investigate this further without affecting your live site?
