From your screenshot, it seems that you’re getting an internal server error upon using Google’s instant indexing plugin, and normally, 500 errors are server errors. Could you please get in touch with your host and seek their help in checking the kind of errors that are reported on the error log?
You can also try setting up the Indexing API again. Here is a tutorial for your reference:

i have done same as you show me in video but issue is still same i have no idea how to fix instant indexing

Did you follow all the instructions in the video tutorial shared by my colleague?
Please remove the Instant indexing plugin completely and try setting it up again.
This is a tried and tested method and we are certain that those instructions work.

I have updated theme and everything but whenever I update the post this error happens: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

And when I use wp debugging it shows problem is with instant indexing and nothing else probably there is something wrong with crons I guess.
You can also go to post and click any post then Edit just without do anything just update post and see issue that showing cos of Rank math
