Which WordPress version are you using? The last one, WordPress 5.5? Since we have got messages letting us know that version is breaking a lot of sites.
It also could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
