Could you clean the Rank Math’s Search Console cache and after that deauthorize and authorize again your Search Console account? After that, let us know if your issue is solved.

I am having the same problem for days now. I had set up this domain from scratch and installed WP and RankMath, so I went through the original setup wizard and verified my domain with Google Search Console without a hitch. BUT, no matter what I try – clearing cash, refreshing sites, de-authorizing / authorizing a million times, de-activating and re-activating RankMath plugin, waiting a couple of days for things to work themselves out, this newly verified domain just won’t show up. I don’t know what else to do. Thanks!

Please create a new google account and verify it for your domain then try using the account to authorize on Rank math. If the issue persists, please add the email s******@r*********** to your GSC so we can investigate this further.
