rank math does not generate sitemap xml data files

    I did install rank math on my Web site running at strato.de. Howeer, whatever I do no sitemap XML is generted. I manually installed a robots.txt with standard entries. Nothing is changing. I did already the check plugin, because I had elemntor in mind and the standard theme I use is Hello. No fatalt errors were reported.

    Please advise

    I am running out of ideas.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

    thank you very mcuh for your fast response. I did all the proposed recommendaations. It still does not work. I even changed to PHP version 8.0 with no change. I also generated the robots.txt manually. I still cannot see the sitemap data in my server space.

    Please help.

    Hello,

    Rank Math generates the sitemap file dynamically and there is no physical file added in your site’s root directory.

    The Sitemap generated by Rank Math is accessible at yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml.
