    Hi,

    Today I noticed that my rankmath was disconnected.

    I tried to reconnect it. I went through the login process, then it just stalled.

    Once that happened, I was no longer to login to my admin dashboard. The site did not go down, and I could access the login page, but it just timed out when I tried to login.

    So I manually disabled Rankmath via ftp and I can login again.

    But I would like to make rankmath work again. Can you help me?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Kindly check and ensure that you are running the latest version of the plugin. Once this is activated, do check to see if there are any errors reported on your WP DEBUG log.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I re-enabled the plugin via FTP and was able to log back in. The plugin is up to date and re-connected.

    Perhaps it was just a temporary bug…

    Anyway, it all seems to be back to normal now.
