    When I log in to WordPress dashboard I could not find Rank Math. It just disappeared from the installed plugin list.

    I thought Maybe it automatically deactivated and uninstalled from the WordPress plugin list.

    So I tried to install and activate it again but showing that “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”

    I don’t know what happened.

    How to resolve the issue?

    Please let me know.

    Hi Amit,

    Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    It sounds like the installation was not done correctly or some DB tables were not created.

    Please login via FTP and delete the seo-by-rank-math folder.

    Then, attempt to install Rank Math once again and it should work correctly.
