Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math not displaying data from Google Analytics. It seems that there might be a problem with the connection or the tracking code implementation.
To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
-
Test Connections: Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and click on the Test Connections option at the top right. A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates an issue.

-
Check Tracking Code: Ensure that the Google Analytics tracking code is correctly added to your website. You can check for the measurement ID (G-XXXXXX) in the source code of your site. If you don’t see it, you may need to enable the Install Analytics code option in Rank Math’s Analytics settings.

-
Clear Cache: After making changes, clear your site’s cache and check again.
-
Use Tag Assistant: Utilize Google’s Tag Assistant to verify if the correct Analytics code has been added to the frontend of your site.
If the issue persists after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
