    one of my websites https://erasablemedspa.com/ has a conflict with elementor edit mode. On some pages when I attempt to open in edit mode a page. See this video link in the ‘sensitive data’ to best understand.

    PLEASE DON’T WASTE MY TIME. I’ve disabled all the plugins except the elementor starter child theme (empty), Elementor and Elementor Pro and Rank Math, and the problem still occurs. I’ve increased WP Memory to as high at 768M and it makes no difference. I use Elementor animated text in the page and it is the load of this text section as shown in the video where the page tab hangs and the only exit is to kill the tab. This is where the suggestion from : https://happyaddons.com/fix-elementor-editor-not-loading-issue/ – I did their suggestions and the health check plugin totally screwed the website, forcing me to reenable all of the disabled plugins when RankMath hung in edit mode.

    I will not give you access to the site, but I happy to send you the Updraft backups and you can set up a test site on your end. Or if you won’t work that way, I can set up a test site for you to do your testing on. I really, really don’t want to spend my time setting up a test site for Rank Math as I’m super busy and would rather switch away from Rank Math as I’m not getting paid to help you debug your software. You can clone the page I show in the video and I’m confident you’ll see the issue.

    Is it possible for you to create a staging website for us to deeply debug the issue without worrying about breaking your live site? If so, please create one, replicate the issue there and share the admin login here so we can further determine what’s causing this issue.

    If you don’t prefer the staging website, you can go ahead and send the Updraft backup so we can setup our own environment to further troubleshoot the issue.

    Hi, Here are the links to download the UpdraftPlus backup files so you can build your own debug site.
    I set up a two week temp admin PW inside the backup files:

    Again, the issue does NOT appear on every webpage in EDIT mode. Here is a list of a few of the pages that the problem does show in.
    If you wait several minutes on most, but not all, of the buggy pages, the ‘next click’ will finally be accepted and you can do another click action to edit another element.
    This behaves like a javascript timeout or a memory leak waiting maybe. Very weird. Really, really need it fixed. I tried increasing memory to 512MB and 768MB and it made NO DIFFERENCE.

    URL’s of some pages that in EDIT mode show the issue I sent in video of the page not responding for minutes, if ever, to a curser click, or ‘hanging’ when the Hero animated text loads and rolls down the page, but doesn’t always completely roll down the page in EDIT MODE.

    Interestingly, the “Men” version of the same pages DO NOT have an issue, even though they are 99% identical content and were created with a ‘duplicate’ plugin, with the HERO image and one piece of text (women changed to men), the keyword, and other RankMath SEO changes. Often, the issue does NOT appear until AFTER I click the RankMatch SEO tab in the sidebar. That ‘click’ may be causing part or all of the issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you for providing all these files and we apologize for the delay.

    I created a new WordPress environment to replicate the issue and I was able to replicate it. The affected page just hangs when the Elementor editor is loaded.

    I checked the error logs but there isn’t any error related to the issue we currently have so I went ahead and shared this ticket with our developers to further debug it.

    We should get back to you shortly with a solution.
