Rank Math changed my URL Address, how to get it back?

    Hi! I have a problem I don’t know how to solve, I hope you can help me. My page URL address was https://spectehnika-arenda.com/avtokran
    When I was editing my page (only page content, nothing in the edit section), Rank Math changed my url to https://spectehnika-arenda.com/avtokran-2. It happened with several pages edited the same way. Now, if I run a site audit tool like Screaming frog or WebSite Auditor, it finds only the page with url https://spectehnika-arenda.com/avtokran and shows 200 status code, but when you go to that page in a browser, it doesn’t show any content. I tried to change Canonical URL in advanced settings, but url still doesn’t change.
    I don’t want a page with -2 added to the url address, how can I fix that? Please help me. Thanks in advance.
