The reason for the issue is because of an outdated plugin Trustpilot-reviews
, even when RankMath is not activate, and debug mode is enabled, the product save redirect does not behave as expected and fails with error logs related to this plugin.
Please disable it, and share this with it’s authors, so they can provide a permanent fix.

As a follow-up, our developer tried to update the plugins on your website but experienced a timeout error. However, some of the plugins were successfully updated after disabling the “Transients Manager” plugin.
Now, we can see the products can be updated without any issues even when the Rank Math plugin is activated. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.
If you’re still facing the issue on your live site, please update all the plugins and, after clearing your website’s cache, check if that works for you.
