I’ve checked your site and replicated the issue. However, it seems that the user access is limited to the user you have provided, and you have the plugin Advanced Access Manager.

If you visit the link /wp-admin/users.php or /wp-admin/profile.php, you will notice that it is being restricted by that plugin. Are you using the user you have provided in the sensitive data section?

I’ve checked your site and replicated the issue on your pages. However, upon using the Health Check plugin, it seems that it is working fine with only Rank Math, WP Bakery page builder, and Basel theme activated.

In this case, you can continue to check which plugin is conflicting with Rank Math.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
