Rank Math And Buddyboss Theme Conflict

    Hello, i have been using Rank Math along with the Buddyboss platform theme and plugin for some time now without any issues until recently. For like a month plus now, i have been battling with resolving the issue without finding the solution.

    The issue is that the Rank math widget tab at the wordpress editor screen (both gutenberg and classic editors) have disappeared ever since. I hoped that subsequent updates would fix the issue but no, that didn’t happen.

    As of today, i created a staging site with only Rank Math, Buddyboss theme and WP Staging Pro active and on visiting the editor i still can’t find rank math.

    Please i need your help as most of my work relies heavily on good SEO.

    I tried to use troubleshooting mode on your site( https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/) but it doesn’t seem to function as expected. Could you please share the logins to the staging site so we can check from there and avoid affecting your live site.

    Hello,

    The issue that was happening was the following one:

    TypeError: Language code must have format 2-3 letters and. optionally, hyphen, underscore followed by 2 more letters

    That is a known WordPress issue that sometimes happens (as you can read here: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/42574).

    The way I fixed it was going to the current user, I went to edit profile and I set the language for that user to the same as the site was using (English (UK) in this case). After that, I saved it and everything is working fine right now.
