Having the option to remove the extra scripts that you don’t want to run on the AMP pages should be enabled by default for all the theme and plugin scripts.
This does not affect the frontend AMP pages. Please test this out on the AMP test tool:

Hi, yeah there seems not to be problem with Google.
In my site amp plugin keeps giving error again and again after removing it.
But i guess it is basically only annoying and doesn’t affect Google rankings?

Thank you for your message.
Those are false-warnings and the default AMP plugin simply shows if any theme or plugin might throw an error on the frontend when the AMP page loads.
Since the Rank Math plugin does not load any script on the frontend for the users, there’s no compatibility needed on that frontend.
However, one needs to enable the AMP module in the Rank Math plugin to make it compatible with their AMP plugin.
With that said, we will see how we can improve this workflow moving forward.
