Random and Unwanted Modification of Page Slugs with Rank Math – Version 1.0.234

Hello Rank Math Support Team,
I am experiencing a recurring issue with the automatic and unintended modification of my WordPress page slugs.
Technical Details
• WordPress Version: 6.7.1
• Rank Math Version: 1.0.234
• Additional Plugins: Elementor
Problem Description
My page slugs are randomly and undesirably changing. The observed modifications include:
• The slug being changed to that of the homepage
• Suffixes like “-2-2-2” being added
• Replacement with the slug of another existing page
Behavior
• The modification occurs unpredictably
• It happens during the editing or saving of a page
• No intentional actions on my part seem to trigger these changes
Actions Taken
• Checked permalink settings
• Updated WordPress and the plugin
• No intentional modifications have been made to the slugs
Could you please assist me in understanding and resolving this issue?
