1. Based on the configuration, we automatically add the Organization schema. Please expand the article schema in Schema Validator and see if you’re able to find the Organization schema.

Article is the default schema, however, if you wish, you can remove it by editing the homepage’s schema section: https://rankmath.com/kb/rich-snippets/#gutenberg
You can also share your homepage’s URL so that we can check if the schema is added correctly.
2. Google has changed a lot, and they get more intelligent every passing minute with AI and countless algorithms they have in place.
They pick the Social profiles from across the web and you do not need to add the sameAs schema to get the social profiles in the knowledge panel.

I’ve checked your homepage using Google’s Rich Results test tool, and your schema is working fine. However, there’s an optional field for the missing image.
To fix the Missing field “image” warning, please add a featured image on your homepage.
