1. Assuming you no longer want to have any content on your previous website, you will need to move all your content to the new website via WP > Tools > Export. If you wish to move all the SEO data as well, you will need to merge the databases. If you have no content on the new website, this is very easy. It is tricky if you already have content.
2. Import all the data into your new website.
3. Redirect old URLs to the new ones on the new domain:
https://wpscholar.com/blog/redirect-old-domain-to-new-domain-htaccess/
4. Make sure the URL structure is maintained on the new website or otherwise you will need to manually add a 301s to the old URLs pointing them to the new structure.
5. Place a change of address request with Google:
