Query about sitemaps and support forum (bbPress)

Hi

1. When I log into Google Search Console and examine the sitemaps, it lists 13 files. But for all of them there is no apparent “warnings”. They all indicate a status of “Success”.

Yet, when I view the site map info via the Rank Math console it indicates for some of these that there are warnings. Example:

I am unable to see what the warnings are, as the native Search Console shows nothing, nor does yours.

2. What I have noticed is that there are a lot of “warnings” for the sitemaps pertaining to the bbPress support forum:

• Topic
• Reply

I am assuming here that because the forum is “private” that it flags warnings because only some of the topics / replies are going to be visible to the crawl engine. It can only see the public forums and not the private ones. At the moment it reports 300 warnings for the topics sitemap.

Like I said, it only says there is warnings. Look:

I can find no info. Using validation you referred to shows no errors.

I was not able to find any issue there but if you want, we could take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
