I have a wooComerce category page where there are products and in the title tag I would not want it to be read – page 1 but I would like the page number only from page 2 onwards.
How should I set up the plugin?

I am afraid that this variable is hard coded to work in this way. To be able to get it to work as described, you will need to register a custom replacement variable as described on this page: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#add-extra-variables.
