    Good morning

    I made the purchase of the credits for AI but , despite installing the downloaded file after the purchase, the credits did not increase.
    This is the order reference number : RANKMATH220811-5646-38345

    Kindly I would need to understand why or how to fix it

    We checked and the credits are already added to your account.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account and see if that updates the credits on the website.​
