Purchases and Connected Websites do NOT show

    Good Morning,

    I purchased RankMath Pro on 10/15/2021 and used PayPal for funding.

    My RankMath account was created with an email: r@r*******
    My name is Richard Womeldorf

    When I purchased the PRO version, I used my business email on PayPal
    r******@r*********
    PRO Subscription
    Subscription renews every 1 year. Next charge: 10/15/22 ($63.72).
    Full Terms and Subscription Management
    $59.00 x 1

    Charges will appear on your bill as PP* FS rankmath
    Order Reference: RANKMATH211015-5757-78136
    View Invoice
    Tax: $4.72
    Total: $63.72

    When I sign into the (WordPress site) RANKMATH Account page:
    1) I do not see my purchase
    2) I do not see my 2 (currently) websites as “connected”
    richardwomeldorf.com -AND- kwprofitshareinfo.com

    Please advise

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    It looks like the purchase was made from your account linked to email ID r****************@g********

    You can log in using that ID at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Alternatively, you can reset your password from the same page as well.

    We can also merge your accounts if you prefer. We just need your preferred email ID for that and we will keep only that one active.

    Once you are logged in, please check this guide on how to activate your PRO license on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/
