Refresh Credits in WordPress: After confirming your credits, go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. From there, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.
Refresh Content AI Credits: Once you’ve reconnected, head to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits again.

If you still see 0 credits after following these steps, it may be necessary to check if there are any issues with your subscription or account settings. Please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Hello,

That website has the PRO plugin installed but you only have a Free subscription, so that would explain why you cannot use the Content AI subscription on it.

To use this feature you need to deactivate the PRO plugin and reconnect the website to your free account by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help.

Question

1. The Rank Math PRO is provided by my WebDesigner , and base on the Rank Math PRO Offer is suppose to support multiple Website , I just use my account to top up subscribe Content AI only
2. Yes, once I disactived the Rank Math PRO , the WordPress Rank Math able to get the Credit however I notice the Rank Math didnt provide the functionality like advertisement video

a) Bulk Apply Write SEO Title & Description – I did hit apply , nothing come out , even I go Database Clear it , is also same
b) Content AI Write Blog , the Content the AI provided is not relevant cause I had used up all Content but I didnt do any Blog posting

C) Can I cancel my Rank Math Content AI Subscription ? since the AI doesnt helpful and you mention if my Rank Math Pro unable to use it

Hello,

1. Our plugin can only be connected to one Rank Math account so if you wish to use the PRO feature together with the Content AI feature, you’ll have to connect it to a Rank Math account where it has both plans.

What we can do here is to transfer your purchased Content AI plan to your WebDesigner and if he is using the Business plan (which he should), they can allocate the AI credits only to your website.

2. a. Can you please confirm if the credits are deducted after performing the bulk generation for your SEO title and description?

b. We can confirm from our end that you have used up all the credits so you’ll have to wait for next month for the credits to replenish.

Please share the complete prompt you used to generate the blog content so we can advise accordingly.

c. As suggested in #1, we can transfer your Content AI subscription to your WebDesigner’s account. Let us know if this is an option for you.

1. No, I cant transfer my AI content subscription to WebDesigner Account because his PRO feature is using multiple his client website and I had no control at all

2. Bulk generation SEO Title & Description is not working (I not sure got deduct any credit) you can check on the logs

b) used up all credit but no valuable blog has been created , I feel useless

Hello,

There are only 2 solutions here:
1. We can either move your Content AI subscription to the person whose PRO license you are using on your website. By the way, we do not allow sharing of PRO licenses. PRO license is only for personal websites – not client websites.

2. You can purchase Rank Math PRO using your account, which also has Content AI. This is the easiest and best solution here.

Once that is done, you will be able to use all the PRO and Content AI features we have to offer.
