Purchased Pro Version using a different email than my account that has free vers

    Hi, I purchased the pro version of this last week and I accidently somehow made the payment and upgrade from my personal email which is d*********@g********. However the free plugin and account i need it for is where the free version is under my work email d***************************@g********. I can not use the pro version because it does not show up in the correct account. I need phone supoort to get this fixed asap or I will have to cancel this and ask my bank to submit for refund as a chargeback to you

    THere is no way to upload documents to show you a receit. What kind of support is this? I asked for a call. I am owed one for signing up and getting me onboarded. AGAIN, the email I purchased it from was d*********@g********

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math
    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
