Your system never sent login information for the PAID account.
It only sent the login for the FREE account, and that is what is reflected when I sign in.I am about to cangel this, place a dispute with my credit card and move on to another vndor.

We can now see the PRO subscription is available on your account. On very rare occasions, the system might experience a delay in synchronizing the payments.
We really apologize for this issue.
The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work. Kindly go to https://rankmath.com/my-account/ and download, install, and activate the PRO version in addition to the Basic version if you have not done that.
