Purchased pro but subscription not showing

    Hello,

    Two things:

    1. I purchased a Pro subscription but it’s not showing in my account area. I’m not sure how to access the features now on my site or install the Pro plugin.

    2. I agreed to pay $49 yearly but I noticed that it renews next year at $69. Perhaps that was written in fine print but I feel manipulated for this happening.

    As for the renewal price, that is mentioned on the offer page as you can see from this screenshot:
