    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please head over to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh

    Thanks. But I bought the credits through my phone not my word press website link. So if I go this route how will this RankMath account know to apply the credits to my website?

    Can I transfer the credits to my website?
