Hi,
I have just purchased rank Math pro, got the order and paid etc, went to activate my rank math on my site and realised it was trying to log me in with another email address I have
The one I used for the purchase was [moved to sensitive data section]
I now have my RankMathPro hooked up to my non RankMathFree login it seems
When I go to invoices or Subs it says I dont have any [moved to sensitive data section]
Is it possible to transfer my sub/purchase over to tidy this all upplease?

We went ahead and merged the account with the PRO subscription this account of yours.
Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.
Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:
Steps to be followed:
1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account

2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.
You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser, or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.
If that does not help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please open a new ticket here and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
