Purchased But Can’t Get it Set Up

    Hey there,

    I just purchased the content AI but can’t get it to work. It appears in my WP dashboard but says I still need to purchase it. How can I get it working?

    1. Check Your Subscription: Ensure that your Content AI subscription is active. If you see a message indicating that you need to purchase it, it might mean that your subscription is not recognized. You can check your subscription status by going to the Content AI plans page.

    2. Connect Your Rank Math Account: You may need to connect your website to your Rank Math account. To do this, navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help and click on Connect Now. This will allow you to log into your Rank Math account and activate your Content AI credits.
      Click Connect Now

    3. Refresh Credits: After connecting your account, go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and click the refresh icon to refresh your credits.

    4. Enable Content AI Module: Make sure that the Content AI module is enabled in your Rank Math settings. You can check this under WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Modules.
