    I have just purchased a pro account for myself and this was the order number RANKMATH210707-5032-32200O

    However the purchase has not registered on my Rank Math account it has registered on a client of mine who also recently purchased a pro account for her site. Yes as her web developer I had access to her Rank Math account to install the pro version for her.

    The client where this new purchase has been registered is clara-4873 c*********@p********************
    My account is cliff farrand c************@g********

    Happy for you to discuss this issue with my client Clara Robinson who forwarded the download email she received!

    I was logged into my account when I tried to purchase but when the dialog opened for me to purchase it was populated with Clara details – i removed them and added my own details so not sure why your system allocated this purchase to Clara account??
    please can you remove this purchase from Claras account and allocate it to my account asap.

    We have moved the subscription to your account, please check.

    We are sorry about the confusion, we use entered details upon purchase as billing details in cases like this, when user is logged in. If purchase popup fields were populated with your client’s details, that means you were logged in with your client’s account. But your question makes perfect sense so we will see if we can make things more clear.
