    Hi,

    I just purchased RankMath Pro under s****@p**************

    It was charged but does not show under My Account > Subscriptions.

    Please let me know how I can activate it.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

    Your account is already activated and you’re already using the PRO version. You can also notice your account’s badge right after your name:

    Pro account

    Please ensure that the PRO plugin is installed and activated on your website:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

    Then connect your website to your account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect/Connect.

    Also, please note that the PRO Version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.
