I asked this question a few weeks back.

The answer was,

Please get in touch with your theme author so that they can advise on how to add the post date on the page template so that it can be detected by search engine bots.

So I asked it from my theme support (OceanWP). This is their answer.

To display the dates in SERPs, you have to change the settings in your SEO plugin

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

I am afraid that SEO plugins do not add the post date to the SERP results. One of the ways that Google determines the post date if it exists on the article and this will normally be added by a plugin or your theme.
You can read this article from Yoast with the same info.
