Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Rank Math doesn’t currently support GA4 as it is still relatively new and it is not ready for third-party integration.
You would need to create a new property which is the GA3 or Universal Analytics property. You may refer to our guide here: https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/
After creating the property, please re-configure your analytics settings in Rank Math. Reconnect the Analytics account again by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Analytics settings:
Ensure all permissions are accepted and all checkboxes are ticked: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you on this one.
Hi, That’s weird.. I followed the link’s instructions however the result of these steps creates a GA4.
I tried to reconnect again but can’t see the account 🙁Appreciate your help
Thank youHello,
A Universal Analytics property should be created when you follow the steps in the guide.
You need to click on the Show Advanced Options to see the UA toggle:
Then, reconnect and configure the settings.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hi, I did everything from scratch and ended with the same result.

You seem to have shared an incorrect screenshot URL. Could you please try re-uploading your screenshots or try this tool https://imgbb.com and share the URL again here so we can check?

Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.

Hello,
I have saved the settings on your website:
Please check and let us know if you have any questions.
We are here to assist you.
thanks but the saved site is not the relevant account.
cutenmore is another account, and not the one relevant to this website. The account is http://www.tammylempert.com, this is the one I added to Google Analytics (as I attached in the previous screenshots) and this is the account I connected.
tammylempert.com account is not displayed although added.Hope it is clear…
Hello,
The property that my colleague selected is created for tammylempert.
It seems like you have created the property under the Cutenmore account as in the screenshot that you shared the account selected is FB Landing Page Cute n More. Please check in your GA account if that’s the case.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your update.
Thanks.
