This is the message I am getting. The issue is that Some of the Categories are not displaying all the products, is showing the number of products but once in, shows just 1. 1 if the Categories is not showing the Subcategories but I mixture of products from the Subcategories

We’ve checked your shop, and there’s no category showing only 1 product.
If your products are not shown when selecting categories, then we recommend getting in touch with your theme provider or the navigation plugin you’re using to sort your products.
Rank Math does not have the option to exclude products on your categories page. Here are the settings you can check as well:

The 2 categories are Kapala mala and Bodhi mala that is showing only 1 product each and the Thogchag category is not showing the 3 Subcategories, Kapala Amulets, Thogchag and Handcraft. If I Deactivate rankmath is working so clearly is from you. Is been 48h without products, if you can’t resolve it let me know and I go back to my old seo
I’ve installed a back up from last Friday 16th and I had Yoast seo and all the categories, subcategories and products were fine. I installed rankmath again and the problem returned to what I explained earlier. I had rankmath Deactivated at the moment and still waiting for your response. Please let me know if you can resolve or should just delete Rankmath

Hello. Yes, it took you a while to get back, during this time i was waiting with no products in my Shop. I now deleted rankmath and installed yeast. everything works as it should. I had 1 more go about 3 days ago and as soon as I installed rankmath products were not displaying again.
At this point I don’t know what I should do but I am not willing to be without products and wait for days for rankmath to respond. I can generate a temporary password if someone takes the commitment to install rankmath but website remain exactly the same..Regards

Apologies for the delay.
The issue here is that if you enable the “Remove base” option in Rank Math → General Settings → WooCommerce, Rank Math will remove the category base but it will match into an existing path which is a product page called “Kapala Mala”.
In this case, you’ll have to change the permalink on that product page or simply disable the “Remove base” option in our plugin’s general settings.

We have gone ahead and disabled the Rank Math plugin and enabled back Yoast after we troubleshoot the issue.

Hi. So, I understand that if the Remove base remains disabled, there won’t be any problems, correct?
There 9 ,,, 404 not found errors now in the website that might have appeared after installation.

Yes, if the Remove base is disabled, the issue will be resolved.
If you encounter a 404, head over to your WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks and save the settings without changing anything.
