There could be a few reasons as to why the SEO score is not being read properly.
Could you please let us know if you are using any page builders?
The error could be arising from a plugin conflict as well, resulting in certain features not working properly.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

All plugins are up to date. Based on your answer I can clearly tell you have no idea what I am talking about. This is not a plugin malfunction. Your plugin does not work with wpshop plugin. PERIOD> I was asking what can be done to make it so I can read the data being pulled in from Shopify via that app.
