Your sitemaps and robots.txt are already working fine. Also, your products are set to index.

In this case, you should run your page URL using the URL inspection tool of your GSC account to know the status.

The “URL is unknown to Google” indicates that Google has not discovered this URL before and has not crawled it yet. You can manually submit the URLs using the GSC URL inspection tool and see if that works for you: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289?hl=en

Also, you can remove all the submitted sitemap,s and after clearing your website cache, please resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml on Google Search Console by following this guideline: https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/
