The Tag Archives Robots Meta should be enabled(blue), then you need to check the noindex checkbox and save the settings.
I checked the page source of one of your product tags, it is set to index:

Please navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Tags > Enable Tag Archives Robots Meta > Check noindex checkbox > Save
Once done, your product tags will be set to noindex.

i have selected Tag Archives Robots Meta in blue (from the product tag column on the left ) and put not index before it was gray so it was not showing up the no index. The same operation was made from the column tag.
How can I make sure Google has this change update? without waiting for the next crawling?

Sorry for the confusion. I shared the wrong path in my first reply.
The correct path is Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Tags > Enable Tag Archives Robots Meta(blue)
The product robots meta should be disabled(grey).
I checked some of your product tag URLs, they are correctly set to noindex.
You should now wait for Google to crawl the URLs and remove them from the index.

For whichever post type you wish to noindex, you can enable the Robots Meta option and then set it to No Index.
If you do not wish to get the tags indexed, then yes, you can enable the Tag Archives Robots Meta (Blue) and set it to No Index.

Keep the settings as they are, as your products should be indexed, and currently, they are set as index.

Google recommends disabling the schema to your product tags. The Product Schema is only for the actual product, and not for anything else. You can check this link for more information:

To answer your questions, the remove snippet data option in your product tags should be enabled (blue).
