Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with the Product Tag sitemap not being created. Thank you for providing the details and the URLs; this helps in understanding the situation better.
Since you’ve already enabled the options for including the Product Tag sitemap and it still isn’t being generated, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
-
Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins, clear the cache to ensure that the latest settings are applied.
-
Check for Conflicts: Deactivate other plugins temporarily to see if there is a conflict preventing the sitemap from being generated.
-
Permalink Settings: After making changes in the Rank Math settings, ensure that you go to Settings > Permalinks and click on Save Changes without making any changes. This can sometimes refresh the permalink structure.
-
Recheck Settings: Double-check that both the "Include in Sitemap" and "Include in HTML Sitemap" options are indeed enabled for the Product Tags under Rank Math settings.
-
Debugging: Enable debugging in WordPress to see if there are any errors related to sitemap generation.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with any error messages you might find or additional details about your setup. A human agent from our support team will take over and assist you further.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to resolving this for you!

Hello,
Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Tags, and from there make sure the Tag Archives Robots Meta are set to index.

Once done, please try to clear your sitemap cache by following this video screencast and see if that works for you: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
