    Hello,

    Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Tags, and from there make sure the Tag Archives Robots Meta are set to index.

    Once done, please try to clear your sitemap cache by following this video screencast and see if that works for you: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
