Product sitemap error in search console: [23] EntityRef: expecting ‘;’

    Hi, I submitted my sitemap in search console and everything was fine, but now it shows me a ‘ parsing error’ just for the product sitemap page: ”We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting.”

    When I submit my product sitemap to the XML validator it gives me that error:
    [23] EntityRef: expecting ‘;’ on line 104

    This is the link for the sitemap: https://empni.ch/product-sitemap.xml

    How can I fix that?

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    I tried the steps but the product sitemap is still blank, and the sitemap validator gives me the same error…

    Any idea?
