  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

For initial troubleshooting please follow these steps.

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

I already tried these steps but didn’t work.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your product sitemap, and it is getting redirected to your homepage.

Upon further checking, your products are set to noindex. Please note that the page must be set to index for them to be included in your sitemap.

Please follow the steps in this link to set your products to index:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-tab/#robots-meta
    https://rankmath.com/kb/titles-and-meta/#products-robot-meta-custom-settings

If they are all set to index from those options, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.
