Upon checking your page on rich results I have noticed that you do not have any errors for your product schema but instead, there is an error for your video schema. See screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/vOAXVn
Missing thumbnail URL means you have not inserted the URL to be used for your video thumbnail. We normally recommend you use the %post_thumbanail% variable so that it can be picked from your posts’ featured images.
Therefore please fix that to ensure that your product page here is eligible for rich results.
Also, do note that according to Google’s Guidelines it does not guarantee that the schema will be displayed in search results even if your schema appears correct.

Please note that although Rank Math adds proper schema to your website, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include them with your website or not. It depends on a lot of factors, authority and backlinks being just the 2 of them.
Here’s what Google says (from the article that my colleague shared above):
“Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Structured Data Testing Tool.”
In this case, there is nothing to worry about and it is just a waiting game until Google decides to include Schema for your website.
