Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with your product schema settings. The way products appear in SERP pages can often be influenced by the schema markup applied to them.
To ensure that your products are displaying correctly, please check the following:
-
Featured Image: Make sure that each product has a featured image set. Rank Math automatically adds the featured or product image to the Product Schema markup, so this is crucial.
-
Schema Type: Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Products and confirm that the Schema Type is set to WooCommerce Product. After making any changes, remember to click Save Changes.

-
Bulk Actions for Schema: If you have multiple products, you can apply the WooCommerce Product Schema using bulk actions. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Products, select the affected products, choose Set Schema: Default (product) from the bulk actions dropdown, and click Apply.

-
Review Schema Markup: After ensuring the above settings are correct, you can review your Schema Markup by heading to the Rank Math SEO metabox on your product page and clicking on Schema. This will allow you to see if everything is set up correctly.

If after checking these settings your products still do not appear correctly in SERPs, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!

Hello,
There’s a missing address from your schema, and the product schema applied to that product is duplicated:

You can add the address in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO to fix the issue with the Organization schema.
Regarding the duplicate product schema, this can be added by one of your plugins or active theme.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
