Product Page Preview Problem after authorizing Search Console

    Rank Math free

    Hello,

after authorizing the Search Console, my product pages do not show correctly in preview. For example when I add a new product in my shop and try to preview it, the page shows like blocks or like sitemap.

The admin bar does not show also. This happens only in my product pages and not in my archive pages or any other page! And I am sure that RankMath is causing the problem because when I deactivate it the product page shows like it is supposed to be.

The live site has no problems though.
    Any suggestions?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I don’t think that this is related to the search console module since this module only downloads data from the search console.
Could you please clear your site cache and check if the issue can be reproduced when you disable this module via Rank Math > Dashboard page?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

since I do not have great knowledge of technical things, here is what I did:

I cleared the Dynamic Cache for my entire website and still the problem exists.

What do you mean “disable this module via Rank Math”? If I disable the Rank Math plugin the product page loads perfectly.

One more thing I did. I deauthorized the SearchConsole and the issue remains.
The only way it disappers is by deactivating the whole plugin!

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello Michael,
without doing anything else than installing a WP Firewall plugin everything looks great!
Thank you again so much for your time 🙂
    Cheers
