The permission issue is because of the shared server we are using at the moment and the server is managed by ionos, because its shared server it is why we are having permission issue.
there are few plugins that i belive could be causing this issue:
– Yoast SEO, we were using yoast before but we switched to Rank Math and the yoast plugin is deactivated, If you want we can delete it completely if you think that can fix the issue.
Or if you want you can access the WP with the temporary access and have a look as I would really appreciate your help as I am not very technical in these things.
