Product GTIN issue in Variable Products Google Rich Snippet

I followed and added the code from https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/rankmath-rich-snippet-interferes-with-product-gtin-plugin/ to the Theme functions and the issue seems to be addressed for Single Products. Although the issue is still there for Variable products. please help.

The issue is reflecting in both Google Rich snippets as well as in Google structure date tool.
