Am assuming that you need to modify the SEO meta property of your product attributes here. This is possible with the Rank Math plugin as well.
However, this feature is only available on the PRO version, you can enable this by going to Rank Math > Titles & meta > Your product attribute terms, you can enable the “Add SEO Meta Box” option. Once you’ve enabled the option you should be able to see the SEO meta box.

Sorry for the confusion here, the option to edit the attributes of your Products is available in the normal Rank Math plugin. You only need to have it enabled in the global settings.
You can set the metadata, that is, title and description as you do in the product categories as well.
If you wish to have them indexed on Google you can have this enabled within the global settings as shown here: https://i.rankmath.com/5ExCGA.
Else you can have them set to index individually as shown in this screenshot here:https://i.rankmath.com/YsIAvD

Upon further checking your website, I have gone ahead and tried to troubleshoot your issue here using the health check troubleshooting plugin and then encountered an error related to your theme Woodmart and Elementor widget. See screenshot of the error:https://i.rankmath.com/1zREyu
This seems like it creates a conflict with the health check plugin. Could you kindly provide us with your FTP credentials in the sensitive data section for us to restore this.
Also, it would be nice if you created a staging site with the WP Staging plugin as the health check does not work with your site due to these conflicts.
