It looks like Rank Math’s Primary Category feature is conflicting on your setup. Have you changed any data in the DataBase? I see there is 1 product on your site that does not have any category and that seemed to be breaking the Rank Math’s Primary Category feature. Please check the screencast I added in the Sensitive Data Section.
All the products by default has a default category assigned to it. The only way to remove it by deleting the data from DataBase or by adding some code to delete the taxonomy. Have you done any of this on your site? Updating the product and assigning it a default category might fix this issue.
For now, to fix the issue on your site, I’ve added following code to your theme’s functions.php file to disable the Primary Category feature of Rank Math: add_filter( 'rank_math/admin/disable_primary_term', '__return_true' );
Please update the product and assign it some category and then try removing this code. This should fix the issue.
