We just checked other two websites we purchased RankMath SEO PRO version. One prodirektgroup.com is fine, but verbalisti.com website shows the same problem and error message.

Can you please share the email you used to purchase the PRO subscription?
This error is usually caused when you’re updating the plugin but it is not yet connected to your Rank Math account.
Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
Once done, update the plugin to its latest version.

No, the account is connected and we still get the same error message on both websites: verbalisti.com and verbalistseducation.com

Your update fails for the RankMath SEO PRO version (not for the basic one). After seeing this prompt: “There is a new version of Rank Math SEO PRO available. View version 3.0.22 details or update now,” after clicking on Update, we get the following error prompt: Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Please do investigate this issue on your side and give us the instruction how to fix this problem.
Another problem is that on our account you can see only one website – verbalisti.com. Other two websites: verbalistseducation.com and prodirektgroup.com cannot be seen (and added). Nevertheless, the error message and failed update happened on verbalisti.com as well
As far as we can tell, the main problem comes from RankMath SEO PRO on all of our websites.

I have included the email address where prodirektgroup.com is connected. To fix the issue, please connect the website by logging in to that email address and reconnecting the other websites.
Alternatively, we can merge the accounts so you can consolidate all of them into a single account.
