It resolved itself after about a week, practically when I insert a new post, the sitemap does not update the links.

Do you mean that if you publish a post, it doesn’t appear immediately in the sitemap?
If that is what you mean, it is completely normal. To avoid issues, the sitemap is generated every time a specific cron job runs in your WordPress, so it can take some minutes until it appears in the sitemap.
You could force it by saving the permalinks, since it regenerates instantly the sitemap.

unfortunately that’s the problem.
Even if I save the permalinks, the sitemap does not update.
This morning I added a new post, I saved the permalinks and the link still in the system does not appear.

It seems to be included just fine:
Sometimes, it might not appear to you because of browser cache. If that is the cache, you should do a hard refresh:
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5

in the xml file all the links are displayed, the problem is on google > sitemap, it tells me that the xml file contains 15 links but if I open the file it contains 16, the same thing happens if I access the backend of the site menu bar ranch math seo > search console > sitemap tells me 15 links and not 16.

If in the sitemap generated by Rank Math everything works fine, it just means Google is taking some time to crawl the changes in the sitemap and there is nothing to do there, since it is only up to Google to increase the crawl frequency. But don’t worry, it also means you have no issues in your sitemap configuration.
